Where to Find Tracking

Once tracking is available, your shipment notification normally includes the carrier and tracking link. Some orders may contain more than one shipment if products are fulfilled separately.

Tracking Has Not Updated Yet?

Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created or a package is transferred between facilities. International shipments may also pause while moving through customs or local delivery networks.
