SnuggleTails Shipping Policy

At SnuggleTails, we are committed to delivering your pet products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship to all U.S. states and territories. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $50): 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (fees calculated at checkout).
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (fees calculated at checkout).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.99 for Standard Shipping.
  • Orders over $50: Free Standard Shipping.
  • Expedited and Express Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor the delivery progress.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to international markets!

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@snuggletails.com.

Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
